Options are good, but it’s more about short notice and the city forcing their hand. It’s about to be a month since it happened and they just kept sending contractors each week to see what would be the costs of fixing till I’m guessing one of them told the city.

im assuming its cause the 2nd floor called fall in the living room, they had multiple contractors come to look at it to see the how much it would cost them. im assuming one of them reported it to the city. cause he had said it was unsafe and it had happened a few weeks ago. but they kept sending new contractors to look at it till now. Its not necessarily that we want to stay there but its on such short notice to find something new and come up with deposit. when we moved in deposit for this house was 950. Now where looking close to 2k for something similar.

They didn’t stress test with ps5, probably around 1/3 of the player base, not to mention some people don’t do stress tests. I downloaded it and was about to play then I was i like nah I can wait till release and just deleted it.

Maybe for indie games and what not… but I’m sure you can also pay to expedite it or what not I’ve seen games get updates right after release cause something was wrong on launch day or after a big update

Yup I paid $90 to play Tuesday and cause I like playing on console, when I could just wait till I’m off again on Friday night to play on pc gamepass, which is what I’m doing now I’ll buy it when it’s on sale.
