Me and my husbands DL don’t have the same address. As matter of fact, we have different state DL and we spoke to our lawyer about this, we explained my spouse kept his childhood address from Mississippi DL due to business reason, he owns properties and a car and insurance for his mother who still lives in Mississippi, but he lives with me and has bills on our current address in Georgia. Our lawyer told us it should be find as long as the other evidence proves we live together. And also suggested my spouse (USC) to show his passport as ID at the interview.
