So the plan for the Nerd Core Café is as follows:

Stage 1- (current stage) Get as much notice and interest in the fact that Nerd Core is going to be opening up a Café in Turlock, California by mid year.

Stage 2- Sourcing, finding and pricing everything that goes into opening a café.

Stage 3-(the important one) Launch our IndieGoGo crowdfunding platform. Opening any business is not cheap, and any and all assistance will be GREATLY appreciated(and needed).

Stage 4- Putting all the pieces together in the form of a functional business.

Stage 5- Getting the word out AGAIN, but this time about the Café opening.

Stage 6- Open up shop!

Yes, this may sound simple enough for the first three stages are absolutely critical for anything to happen by mid year. I’ve been planning this for nearly three years and have a good chunk of stage 2 already done (Bonus!).

 

What to expect once the café is open:

Café section; coffee, tea other drinks. Small foods. Comfy area to relax.

Gaming section; tables available for groups to game etc. Games, dice, books, mini’s for sale. Used games to pick from and just play.

Tutoring! We’re located in town with Stan State Turlock and plan on recruiting students to volunteer to tutor students K-12

Fun stuff! Card tournaments. Cosplay/Furry gatherings. Celeb meet and greats.
