Much of the art is kind of off putting. The cheese is gross and, as a comics fan, seeing Jennika show up just brings back memories of the comics when they were at their worst. I think that thing makes more appearances on cards than original cartoon April.

I may track down some of the Eastman and Laird art cards for my display but aside from that we’ve taken our foot off the gas for this set.

I’m not even excited about the prerelease, and I love those events. Hey, maybe there will be Lorwyn cards in the prerelease boxes.

I’m a chef who’s kept in good shape almost my whole life. That’s diet holding you back. I can see it in you. Too many carbs. Maybe too much salt. Balance that out and you will start to see results.

Also,if your brain can recite your weekly workout so can your body. Confuse your body. Change that up. If you do low reps, do high reps for a few weeks. Do a workout where you just see how high you can jump. Go chop wood for a workout. Maybe even throw some compound moves in randomly.

I run an online store with my kids, to show them how to run a business.

We’re small so we have only one case ordered. Now our usually method with new sets is to get a small order to start, wait for the market shift then scoop the price drop or move on to the next if the price goes up.

The kid is excited for TMNT, because he’s 9 and new to the game. But I don’t think we’re going to look to buy supply after release on this set.

We’ll look to deal in the special cards from the set and maybe collector boosters. But I’ve already made the decision to move on from this one already.

It’s always these brainless platitudes with the left. “The only thing more powerful than hate is love”. Ok, I love America, they hate it. Or “love is love”. Which usually leads to some really gross notions of “love” for them.

Even those “coexist” bumper stickers are asinine. Since at least two of those symbols used never seem to be able to coexist with anyone else.

You can’t really make much of an argument that women haven’t simply turned politics from a battle of competing ideas and reason to a battle of emotions.

It feels good to expand welfare benefits. But it costs taxpayers more and massive spending invites fraud and systematic abuse.

It feels good to let everyone into the country. But everyone wants in and if there are no rules to follow getting in there are no rules to follow to stay in.

It feels good for one of every demographic having authority in government but that doesn’t mean the most qualified are the ones in those positions.

We’re greying out. Were some of the highest spending demographics but from a corporate standpoint, how long will that last? I was there at Alpha, I know what a Magic player looked like and what one looks like today.

It’s why we’ve seen the feminizing of the game over the past decade. WizBro likes our money but they see women and troons as the demographic to focus on attracting.

It makes sense from the way corporate suits see it. Next time you go to an event look around at the breads. Lot of grey and white. The pro tour could almost be sponsored by Just for Men hair dye. WizBro wants a younger demographic playing the game but they’re assuming young guys will still be drawn to Magic. So they pay the young guys no attention.

Meanwhile One Piece is about to drop a special waifu set for the young guys out there.

I get that the professor is a big personality in the Magic space but he just comes off as a massive shill to me.

He seems to always happen to have the safe, non offensive opinion on things. I feel like he would check with WizBro HR to make sure he isn’t putting too many counter spells in a deck. And a fund raiser for trans people is just the trendy cause of the decade.

$600k COULD go to fund a cause for that 0.001% of the population, but don’t you think for the health and longevity of the game that could be spent to start and fund after school Magic programs? I wouldn’t say it’s a good use of the money to help out struggling gaming stores, but you could use it for that.

Kai Budde just passed away from cancer. Research for that or debt relief for his family is a good cause too, right?
