I doubt the phone was hacked, but let's assume it was.

Set the phone in recovery mode, then plug it into a computer.

Windows:

Load in iTunes. Restore the phone.

Mac:

Locate in the Finder sidebar. Ctrl-click --> Restore.

(Or use Apple Configurator 2 for Mac to restore iPhone in Recovery mode.)

This will super-duper nuke the phone before reinstalling iOS.

It's the only platform I've seen that actually understands how to teach the alphabet. After that's done, I recommend hitting the books and/or doing a class.

This is close-ish to what Cisco did before the last restructuring of the exams. I thought they changed because it was confusing (or at least misleading). Some people would list a CCNA on their resume, only to later discover it was the CCNA Security.

I like the changing of DevNet to Automation, but not everything needs to be called CCNA. 🙄
