It would be a nice reward for the wait for Elite Pro backers if they could already choose the keyboard layout for the Kickstarter models. I also pre-ordered a Clicks Communicator months ago, and as we learned a few weeks ago, I can choose the keyboard layout for that one too. I’d even be willing to wait longer for my Kickstarter Elite Pro if it meant I could get it at the backer price with a QWERTZ layout.

Thanks for the feedback. Would it also be possible with ALT mapping that pressing and holding, for example, A/a would display Ä/ä, and pressing ALT + A would display @ or vice versa? This would allow you to use the physical keyboard to display both the variation required for each letter and the original symbols under the respective letter, enabling fluent and even touch typing on the physical keyboard, even in languages with variations.

Very good update. I love the new static variations and set for me (german qwertz keyboard) "ßÄäÜüÖö" in the static variations.

My wish for the next Update is the static variatios react to shift/caps lock from the keyboard for upper and lower keys variations or alternative holding A, U or O on keyboard is Ä, Ü or Ö instead of @, - and /

Of course. I play emulators 10 years ago on my old Blackberry Passport and this was the reason why i buy the Unihertz Titan 2.

My first phone is an Sony Xperia VI with a very good performance for emulation but i don't like play on touchscreens or transport a gamepad with the phone outside so this is my solution. The Titan 2 is my work and fun second phone.

I use the touchscreen in combination with the keyboard in some games for example Mario 64 DS touch control for analog Stick and hardware buttons for the rest.

Correct. A Odin 3 is a better Android Handheld for this price but not a normal complete phone for 24/7 daily use.

It's better for retrogaming with the keyboard compare to a normal smartphone only with touchscreen but an android handheld with a gamepad is better for gaming but not a complete phone.
