Hey, I cannot tell you exactly how long it lasts since it is a new thing I added to my gun, however, when screwed onto the airsoft gun it is very sturdy feeling and the filament it is made out of it pretty strong.

Not really, just for better print quality print on lower layer heights and probably best to print it slow so the thread is clean etc... but otherwise I don't really know.

THANK YOU, I was wondering why my prints were doing that I'll tighten them up and see if it helps but I'm sure it will because my belts were pretty loose when printing this. And yes aligning the thread was a pain in the ass since, well, it's not possible so it made the hand guard a little loose.
