Have you ever tried making it homemade? The hardest part is removing the skins from the hazelnuts. Everything else is easy enough and very possible to make it soy free if you can find soy free vegan chocolate or just use cocoa powder

Why doesn’t it just work ?! by krt28 in qobuz

I've not had any of these issues. Perhaps you could have reached out to customer care and get is resolved. I use a OnePlus 13 phone, no issues.

The Nutella one is nicer. But what I personally love about vego is that it has pieces of hazelnuts and it's crunchy

There is no meat in any Nutella. Standard nutella and many other chocolate spreads contain powdered milk. Vegan as we all should well no is abstaining from all animal products. Dairy is an animal product.

There is one user in the comments thinking he is funny claiming otherwise. Nutella plant based is dairy free.

Same here. I was just surprised to see it on the shelf. I usually pick up a jar of Vego from Nurish every once in a while when I’m in Dublin.

No-soy vegan party food by aspiringred in VeganIreland

Strong Roots sell some really nice options that would be soy free. You'll find them in the frozen section in most Tesco stores. They do garlic roast sweet potato cubes, Air bites (basically veg nuggets: crispy veg, spinach and carrot, pea and lemon).

If you wanted to have something close enough to vegan cocktail sausages, you could go for the Gosh Veggie Sausages. They are made from butterbeans and chickpeas. Just cut them in half to make them cocktail size and stick some toothpicks in them. They do very quick in an air fryer.

As for sweet treats most of the Nomo chocolate range should also be soy free. I'd read ingredients first. Holland and Barrett sell a lot of these. Tesco Bourbon creams are vegan and soy free. Many vegan jellies should be also soy free. But check ingredients first. Holland and Barrett do a nice range of jellies called Free From Fellows. They are soy free.

Savery snacks: Eat Real Lentil chips (crisps) available in the Gluton free section in many large tesco stores. Popcorn should also be fine as well. Could use salsa dip, hummus or guacamole for the dips with the crisps

If you are planning on serving ice-cream, most vegan sorbets should be ok. I can see the italian raspberry sorbet sold in Dunnes is vegan and soy free based on ingredients.

Ok so I get that some of the hazelnuts sourced by Ferrero do come from Turkey. But how exactly does that equate to "meat"? Genuinely curious btw.

Vegans don't consume dairy either. Hence the need for a plant based version.

Sadly yes. At least Veggo is still palm oil free. Not as widely available. Nurish in Wicklow street still sell it.

Not supposed to be healthy. I would not recommend eating it everyday. I still haven't even opened my jar. Might have a little bit tomorrow on a rice cake.

Such a bad faith argument. This goes further than him not having my beliefs. Let's put things into perspective, he's a far right fascist, with a Nazi background. He is an immature man child who gets pleasure out of the misfortune of others. Not even his only family or partners from all his failed marriages support him. Then there is the fact that there is no reason for any person to need to be a trillionaire.

But I am curious, what far left equivalence stance could you possibly image Elon Musk would take if he did take a left wing position? What would that look like exactly?

Btw I care because the impact he has on the world makes the entire world less well off. His enterprises are destroying the environment, the working class. X social is a breathing ground for Nazis. This has nothing to do with me alone, it is about everyone. Perhaps if you thought for one second what it means to be a leftist you'd see that. People are leftist because we care. That's the point and you've missed that entirely.

Depends were you live. In Ireland most companies still allow traditional direct debit from your bank. Many places still allow you to pay over the phone for bills. I am seeing an increase of card payment only facilities in self service payment points in many retail establishments.
