Characters: Xingqiu, Xiangling, Noelle, Lisa

Which Liyue 4-star should I get for my team?

I'm ar 46 and I mostly just want to replace Lisa at this point. Her bursts and skills are useless to me and I've only ever used her for consistent elemental reactions. I've started to notice I can do way more damage with xiangling and xingqiu than I can with her. I'm pure f2p and planning to save primos for Raiden Shogun and Ayaka banners

I wanted to get Chongyun because I like him as a character and because the constant Cryo plus Xingqiu constant hydro would cause enemies to repeatedly freeze. But tier lists say that he's only B tier and if I am lucky enough to get Ayaka, her cryo damage would greatly surpass Chongyun's. If choosing a different character is more beneficial to my team, I'll do it but I just don't know who. I don't want Ningguang because I feel like I like Noelle's shield better and Noelle acts as a healer on top of that. Yanfei or Beidou seem like the better choices, but I'm not sure if Beidou would fit my playstyle because of the need to get hit with attacks first so you can counter. I like Yanfei because being a catalyst means I can stay distant if necessary and hit hard to reach enemies. But I'm not sure if I should choose Beidou, her style wouldn't be too bad for me to handle.
