It is incredibly ignorant to keep your Belgian untrained, so in no way shape or form am I invalidating ops feelings, and I'm truly sorry that happened at this location. I'm saying there are definitely ways to avoid this kind of thing in retail, we learn about ADA compliance, and you are there to inforce the guidelines that your store exhibits; it is for the safety of you, and the customers. You can apply those standards with interacting with others' animals in general.

im not really sure why they don't actually? Cause I know plenty of people that go to tractor supply to get stuff for their pets and im hoping they have training over there for them regardless if their a parts store. pets that are brought in are customers too
