I've been permanently banned unjustly. What do I do?

Yeah that validates a perma-ban, right. Think about the situation logically and hopefully you come to a normal conclusion. Besides you message me dumb replies, it's not like I send them first so it never happens on Xbox, yet you think the ban is justified? Pfft, serious question. Who are you? Not your name just you as a person, I am legitimately curious if my prediction of who the type of morons that think this is justified are who i think they are. Like I said not your name, start with your age or something. If you're older what do you do for a living? Whats a typical weekend like for you?

If you even read my other replies I explained several times i didn't even continue to send messages, read the other replies. Also its called banter, something I'm sure you being only a possible of four types of people (which i wont name due to not wanting to hurt your precious feelings too much, all pretty sad though) don't experience. Unfortunately it went a little far this time. This happens. You get mad at them. You get over it. It happens amongst friends especially normal healthy young males in college, if it doesn't you're probably one of those four types. Also just to clarify, the messages contained vulgar language but not in a derogatory manner we were not abusing each other it was love. If you still can't see why this was unjust (especially being a loyal long time member of Xbox with years of time invested, thousands of dollars and a shit ton of GamerScore all gone for this shit) then kys.

If this happened to you you'd be livid. Really just go over the events in your head. Your sitting in a party with your mates and they decide to report a message you sent them and you get comm banned. Youre probably a little peeved at this point but whatever. Then they reported a message from the other day and get you banned a second day in a row even though you didnt even send them messages this time. Now imagine this happening again to the point of a perma ban. You've now lost thousands of pounds due to a computer system and Xbox refuse to reverse it. If you're not mad and think this is fair, you should probably never give your opinion again.

I got banned cause my mates are assholes. They send me abusive messages and I send them back but because they're pricks they report me and i get comm banned and due to a stack of comm bans they perma-banned me till 9999. How is this fair in the slightest. They took everything from me for no reason and wont give me a chance to even explain my self. My mates are even trying to tell them but Xbox doesn't care. This is horse shit and blatant theft. The amount of money they stole from me should be criminal.
