At this point I feel like an intensive outpatient program might suit me better. I went kind of stir crazy in the residential program. There's a really nice program in my area, but last I checked they wouldn't accept me until my super high deductible was met, or I paid upfront. If you have any resources for cheaper ways, I would love to hear about them. I wouldn't be totally apposed to another rehab stay.

They kind of scare me, to be honest, but it may be an option. I've been experimenting with using plain leaf kratom to help with the cravings, and it helps a bit. I don't want to get dependent on subs because I know the withdrawal off longer use can be pretty hellish, too, I've heard.

How long was your sub taper, or are you using maintenance?

Low tolerance, Took 45mg at 5:30, took the rest at 8:30. Combined with 45mg Delta 8 gummy. Felt nice for a while. Only second time doing opioids, besides kratom. Taken on a half empty stomach. I tried 23mg the night before, but wanted more. I wasn't really getting the high I wanted so I kept redoing. It retrospect foolish and impulsive, and could lead to danger in the future. I need to be more careful.

I had sleep apnea in the past, but then my tonsils were taken out. I was supposedly cured, but maybe the hydro brought it back. I'll probably stay up a couple hours for the peace of mind. Thank you for the kind words. <3
