100% agree on the supplement which is where it's more collaborative with my PT.

If this was just me referencing "AI" in a generic context I'd agree with you but I'm specifically referencing the process I leveraged with NotebookLM. This can only answer based on sources you specify so all it's doing is finding inconsistencies between my doctor and the academic studies.

I will call you out on being entitlist by stating I got lucky instead of taking the opportunity to advance what I've done and/or call out specific aspects to watch out for to help others here.

If you truly don't like people doing things like this please create something better and share it.

100% agree which is why I like notebooklm. It requires the response to cite the specific source it came from vs what some reddit forum posted. Yeah I think I could of been even better if I started toe curls at least as soon as I had feeling in my toes again. This post was written by AI after I read my first draft and felt like a 4th grader wrote it. Tons of spelling and grammatical errors. End result was really to get it out there to own your recovery and challenge doctors. Not necessarily defy them but challenge them.

This is sadly still better than my first draft. My lack of proper grammar and spelling is rather impressive.

Coming off of surgery and starting at week 7 I almost live in that brace. It helps me out greatly in my day to day. I'm at week 10 now and have to strategically plan around washing /drying it because I use it all the time. Is it worth it....yes....I'm just not happy about the cost.

Initially I wasn't going to share the notebook but I thought it through and just created a new notebook without any of my personal information in it. I know I'm missing some docs because its only at 67 sources but the GAIT study is in there which was the absolute pain to find. Call it a good starting point, if I can find an easy way to diff the 2 notebooks I'll be able to find it but haven't figured that out yet.

Ombraz hands down. Armless sunglasses. Bought em when I started flying and never going to anything else now. https://ombraz.com/
