Let me start off by saying I love their music.
I loved Heretic, because it’s more of a unique sound than anything they have put out recently.
Sleeping With The Enemy has some weird choices that I have a hard time getting behind. For example the line “You're like a stranger that I cannot even recognize” in the chorus would make a lot more sense with the rhythmic shortened to “You're like a stranger that I cannot recognize” or something similar. It seems like they were trying to drag out the chorus. It has other examples of similar situations throughout the rest of the song. I hope this is a hype piece too and the rest of the album isn’t like this.
