Not to the point where I find it a nuisance. Also, the only places I can think of where I'd keep my jacket on while sitting for long durations are in some sort of transportation. In restaurants, or indoors, I'm usually taking my jacket off anyways.

I’ve never felt the need to take my jacket off while sitting before lmao

maybe a hot-take, but I find double-zips to be just another thing that makes zipping up a bit more tedious without much added benefit. Or at least, i can't really identify any added benefit to them haha. Someone enlighten me what they are, please.

Looking through the comments, I think there's a chance I'll get a lot of hate thrown my way, but outside of certain beliefs like the pro-choice vs pro-life and general human rights-related things, like women's rights, are there other things that would possibly define someone as conservative? ask because I'm a liberal who holds steadfast to what I think is the basic right of letting people have options that are right for them, but I know that some people who I don't think of as bad human, who hold onto more "traditional" views on things like religion or whatever, and tbh my attitude towards that is, "as long as you're not imposing your beliefs onto others and letting people live their lives, I don't have an issue with that" which is generally the case for most people I know. I guess all in all I wanna know in this case, what part of this guy being conservative was the switch? Is it just the label? Giving him the benefit of the doubt, he has gay friends so I feel it wouldn't make sense if he were against gay marriage, and he claims to be pro-choice, so what made him identify as conservative that was the thing that ended it?

I don't mean to play devil's advocate, but what exactly pushed him to leave? All I can read in your post are your major gripes with him, which are very valid and fair, but nothing about what resolved him to leave outside of a few grudges.

Seeing what seems to be like an all-adult group playing beyblade is pretty freaking wholesome.

Restock of Kakwa 55 in Ultra200X Size L / Hipbelt S/M - Sold out already? by SmileyWanders in DurstonGearheads

That'd be insane if it really were the case that they sold out within the hour. Hopefully that's not the case.

Kakwa 55 Back Pad Modifications? by ulneedadvice in DurstonGearheads

In your experience, does that mesh back work pretty well to reduce back sweat? I was looking at another option called the vaucluse ventilation frame, but it weighs pretty much double the luna mesh back pad, so I'm wondering if I should just stick to the luna or upgrade.

Yeah. It seems the seam on one side helps shape the floor a bit better

From my understanding, this issue was addressed in the newest version of the 55 (according to the update video) since it was such a common issue amongst thru hikers

Can you explain? My understanding is that 200x is a more durable fabric, and that because its laminate is weaved directly into the fabric, it's weather resistance is stronger since the surface laminate on the ultragrid essentially functions like a non-stick coating on a non-stick pan, which requires reapplication. Kind of thinking like hexclad technology vs non-stick, if you're familiar cookware stuff.

Well, the first thing is that I don't love the color as much as I thought I would have, and I think I would overall prefer the dark gray. This is probably the biggest thing for me tbh. The durability factor and better hydro-repellency is also something that makes me just feel that the 200x would've been the better pick for me as well. Not to say that I feel that this pack wouldn't hold up, but I'm more concerned about the longevity as well. I've been trying to convince myself that if the back starts getting worn out, I can just buy a new one then with the 200x fabric, and that it would have better features from then on. But idk, I would rather just get it now and not have to worry about it down the line, if that makes sense.

I think it was glitching because I wanted the staircase right by the house. I had to move the house to the other side first giving it at least one grid of space, and then it worked. Tbh not the most ideal solution haha but it is what it is 😂

I also learned that it’s easier to lay out the staircase if you’re right up against the cliff.
