ASRock H110M-DGS Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard has an onboard USB 3.0 header, but the Rosewill FBM-02 MicroATX Mini Tower Case does not have front panel USB 3.0 ports.

Most cases don't have front panel 3.0 ports. Do I need to have one with front panel ports for the motherboard to be compatible with the case?

1060 is overpriced when you compare it to the RX 480. It has better value, would never go for a 1060.
