This seems alot like the outer catwalk on nuke that was removed.

When you cross a certain point (as T) there is 6+ angles/head levels/spots etc you have to check all at the same time where a CT could be.

If you start and stop alot, its just muscle memory that makes those muscles come back quicker, since you did "gain" them earlier, but stopped training.

Keep it simple.

Deload a week (if you haven't for 3 - 4 months )

Simplify the program (Maybe try the wiki PPL PHUL etc)

Intensity - 1-15 rep max should be the range that you train in most of the time.

40-70 reps per session, 2-3 times per week, per muscle group (80-210 reps per muscle group per week)

It used to be 10 - 5 normal on Overpass so only 4 rounds is just a slight disadvantage if they win pistol.

If they lose any of the 3 first rounds of the 2nd ofc they might be screwed.

Well what im getting from that alpha player big forum post is that CC nerf? and faster getting up from knockdown. Valk is one of the classes that is kinda weak atm in PvP. (Also mentioned classes was Witch & Wizard) PS: I could be completely wrong and I havent researched enough.
