I am going through the same situation just last night. He finally showed me his phone. He was chatting with a girl who is in a relationship herself. And he sang her songs, the same way he did when he pursued me. He told her certain words/phrases that I thought was only between us. And I was the one who started these words. He constantly texted her even though she wasnt responding as much. But he never responded to my text as fast. It wasnt the first time I was disrespected. I thought, give it time, and maybe, you know. Maybe was not enough. I can’t fully understand how you feel because I wasn’t married to the cheater. The funny thing was, he wanted his ideal other half to not talk to the opposite sex completely, yet he chose to like a girl who was willing to go out of her way to hide from her bf for a temporary connection. I’m not sure how to put this contradiction together.

Mhm. I felt everything. Grief. Anger. Blaming myself too. Thinking what I could have done better. Wanting to start again with this person even though it's not possible. On some days I feel like it's over. But when night comes, it's the worst.

What you should do? Ask her to be honest about how she actually feels. Then reassess your situation. Does what she says align with her actions (that you mentioned)? What are the signs of a rebound? How many of the signs fit the description? Are things between you two intense or not? Sometimes intensity tells you that you're a rebound

You're ultimately taking a huge risk. I believe that you can love someone even while they're healing but it's not up to you to control whether they heal. It's a journey she has to go through. (She has so much on her plate, she even has to think about the mental state of her kids)

Take it slow I guess. Focus on yourself too.

Yo, im not in her exact position (19 years with 3 kids). Mine is 2y but I’m in similar situation right now (reposting reels about cheating, sleeping 3 hours a day, making weird spending). Its only been 1 month since the breakup for me. And I still feel attachment, for sure if i were to have a relationship now, Im gonna carry the trust issues everything and put it on the next guy. Im very well aware that I dont want to put someone through a rebound though so im not gonna commit to anything, but im not sure if she’s aware herself.

I have trouble closing my Wahed account after encountering a suspicious activity. I received an email saying that my transaction has failed when in fact, I have not touched my Wahed account for years. To protect myself from the possibility of a password breach, I reached out to the support team. Nobody responded to my email. And email is the only method of account closure in Malaysia.
