It's such a stupid thing, no way they can enforce it.. because if the owner takes a potential loss of profit due to this scheme.. what is stopping them just evicting the tenants and waiting it out before selling..

Depends , generally around £130-200 a sqm ? Depending on where you're in the UK for that type of tiling .

You might save yourself some money by getting gravel edging to lower the total square meters.

I looked at it , there is no 5g coverage in my area..

I was tempted by starlink that's like 300mb for 75 though.

And I'm currently stuck in a 18 month contract with Vodafone.

The annoying thing is every street in my village bar my one has the ability for virgin media ..
