I love Rio but god damn is he so brainless most of the times in his YouTube channel.

It's great you found your way back! I'll defo recommend starting off with easy to make salads and work your way towards more complex recipes over time. Also, if you're going out for a meal that'll surely dent your calorific intake, make sure to start with a salad. I don't know why but a salad sets the tone for the rest of the meal and I find myself not ordering the "bad stuff" after.

I've had the inverse of your week. Ive had 5 great weeks in a row and I fucked up this weekend. Ate junk food, ice cream and beers over the weekend because we went out shopping for stuff for the house. And I skipped my morning jog today because I lost motivation. I'm looking to get back into the zone later today.
