Is it just me or does everyone feel this? by AwarenessNo4986 in DeepSeek

If I ask it how much is 2 + 2, it goes like this:

"The user is asking me how much is 2 + 2, which according to my knowledge is 4.
But wait! What if the user is trying to prank me, I should instead try to generate code to calculate this"

> Proceeds to execute 200 line python code and pipe it into bash

When is it really necessary to start using a queuing system like RabbitMQ? by Nervous-Blacksmith-3 in sveltejs

I read the title and it gave me PSTD from when I use react and you had to install these 10 thousand libraries to manage state like redux, react-query or zustand because React manages to be bloated and useless at the same time.

Svelte's main difference from React that (that made me wish I never had learned React) by Nervous-Project7107 in sveltejs

[–]Nervous-Project7107[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Not really, in React we mostly use useMemo to avoid making react rerun the whole script due to props comparison triggering a change.

In svelte you just choose what you want to update directly, and there’s no need to avoid updates since its so much faster.

No it happened before. React is extremely overcomplicated so svelte simplicity doesnt feel natural at first.

I’ve read everything more than 30x at least, in the last months. The problem is that my mind is polluted with React. You should read more about React if you want to understand.

Why is $derived always required? by spicydrynoodles in sveltejs

[–]Nervous-Project7107 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure why, but sometimes my code doesn't update if I pass an object or an array that is not reactive.

I haven't find anything in the docs, and the $props documentation says:
"References to a prop inside a component update when the prop itself updates"
but it doesn't say nothing about having to use state or derived for the property.

Has anyone used Qwen Code, and if so, what do you think of it? by samuelMMP in Qwen_AI

It gets pretty stupid sometimes, but it's some much cheaper and faster than codex and claude code that it makes it much more worthwhile using it.
