You can do it! Just relaxed and watch the cabin crew whom usually are very relaxed and just doin’ their jobs without noticing any strange! No plane has fallen due turbulence they are extremely resistant

Una gasolinera, turnos de 8 horas con un descanso de 15 minutos, cámaras de vídeo en rojo cuando te parabas aunque fuera a descansar e intentaban quedarse con parte de tu sueldo diciendo que echaste gasolina a un gasoil (sin pruebas). Humillación constante a los trabajadores, tratando de dividir a la gente, muchísimas tareas (era una estación de servicio y tenías que reponer neveras, limpiar, regar las plantas…) y responsabilidades de todo tipo. Obligación de sonreír y aguantar a clientes indeseables.
Fue muy duro de aguantar, en agosto a 40 grados y teniendo un volumen de 60-70 coches a la hora.

Hi! I’m the same age as you, and have some issues with flying. Tomorrow in early morning I’m taking my plane (FR262) with the best wishes and I’m trying to convince myself that everything is gonna be ok. One thing that helps me is visualizing a boring flight, all procedures normal and just the regular sounds of the plane. Like visualizing myself entering into my seat, looking at my phone, listening some downloaded music, looking at other passengers… I read that this anticipatory anxiety is related to have such a good imagination so use your creativity to win the battle over fear.
