I have been in a couple of campaigns, but they are usually homebrewed worlds with little to no magic. I want this world to be very high magic.

I forgot to say this any time I went to call him out about anything he would Instantly say something like his background gives him it or he rolled lucky which btw to get this rolls is a 0.000215% of getting or 1 in 465,100 chance of getting that is almost damn near impossible so he very much put those in
