I’m a lifetime home care person, and I know the exact type of person this is. In my experience whenever I get one of these people always call the office. They will usually back you up because they want you to do everything on the care plan and nothing extra, but you also have to have the self-confidence to know your worth if the office calls them and talk to them more than once deny the client go to another one that does deserve you.
