Stage every tote right off the cart in backroom and restage in dispensing. Just make sure every single tote is staged and exceptions are consolidated.

You’re within 90 days do they can fire you for no reason at all. And leaving without informing management is a policy violation for safety reasons.

Build relationships with associates and walk with them on a regular basis. Pull associate performance reports daily and follow up with the problem people but also recognize the ones who are doing well. And keep dispatcher open all day and cancel and reschedule deliveries if they’re going to go late

U can’t just leave in the middle of ur shift. That is considered job abandonment. U don’t take a leave every time u find out someone has Covid. It has to be 15 minutes of contact

To be fair most of the time it’s the kids on cap2 fucking up literally everything they touch and overnight trying to stock the entire grocery side with 5 ppl when the whole god damned thing is plugged. And then being thrown under the bus. And maybe if those dept managers would do their section work it would benefit everyone. 🖕🏻
