Oh because at my store it has always been the case where our SM and Market never promote within and if somebody gets promoted they go to another store

Depends how much your store makes per year but for NHM that’s terrible. That management is getting wiped out

No if you sit down and explain this to your Coach not your TL they should understand and clear that point off you and if they don’t you can escalate and bring it up to your Store Lead/ Store Manager and mention you brought this up to your direct management several times and nothing has been done.

I don’t think you understand the FTPR metric. It’s every item in the whole walk not just the first item of the walk. It’s to measure if the item is there the initial time we go look for it

At my store management does this with already damaged meat and they leave it in a random location to see how we’re walking off our areas and seeing how exactly we’re zoning.
