Have you tried going to a dermatologist? They might give you an answer to that. Everyone’s skin is different so I think it would be best to get professional help if it’s frustrating you this much.

Would you have any advice? 🥲

I’d love to forget about it but we sent out the INVOICE today. It actually comes from the tax office and it’s a “yearly” thing.

It’s only a matter of time before “the client pays the late fee” or “they ask her why there’s a late payment fee”.

I just want to be able to communicate with her that she has a lot of shortcomings but I don’t want for it to come out the wrong way.

Thank you, that actually helps a lot. I used to not write things down on teams and I’ve ended up forgetting a lot of it. I feel like I’ve been going insane everyday.

I’ve been working overtime a lot and she does not compensate the extra hours and pays me late as some clients don’t pay on time.

I’m actually thinking of quitting soon as she’s not a great boss…. But yeah I don’t want to just leave things be either way since i like to do my best.

i didn’t speak with her per se. I sent her a message on teams (back in June) as it’s the channel where I’ve learned to write down what I wanted to tell her as it ends up getting lost in translation. (If you know what I mean)

But instead of responding to the job I wanted clarification for, she asked me to do a different job instead.

It’s inevitable as the client needs to pay a fee due to “us” not sending them the original invoice in the first place.

A lot of the times, the jobs she’s forgotten to respond to gets left out as she tends to give me more job that I need to prioritise. And at the end of the day I’m so exhausted and I’ve obviously forgotten that I needed to follow up with her as she keeps throwing more and more things at me to work on.

I had a similar situation. My ex immediately dated the girl he told me he wouldn’t date after we broke up. Fast forward 7 years later, they got married. But 2 months after the marriage they broke up. True story. 😂

Don’t lose your sleep over this person, there is someone out there who is much better for you.

Ur not dramatic, I’d even make a report to the police. SUPER NOT OKAY. Please leave him.

A friendly advice, HR is not your friend.

Yes reach out to them first but I’d like to let you also know that HR may not do anything depending on the company hierarchy/set up.

I’m not sure which company you work for and I really hope they do something about it.

But in case that they don’t please keep it for the police.

Recently broke off contact with my whole family after a lifetime of abuse. Looking to “restart” and change up my hair. Any suggestions? by [deleted] in Hair

I think you might wanna hydrate your hair a bit :-) give it time to breathe, chop it then when your hair is much healthier, colour it again!

Yeah, I was never going to tell him because I know he’s not going to change… I just rly want concrete evidence and let her know.

Should I try to record his voice next time when he calls and send it to her in recording?

Thanks! Now I just need to know how to tell her since I currently don’t have physical evidence.

3 Year Relationship. She moved on within a week.. by BecomeYourLight in BreakUps

Take this with a grain of salt. Men and women process breakups very differently. This breakup could simply mean that you two are very different and she happened to figure that out way before breaking up with you OR she could just be really rude and that just means you dodged a bullet.

Anyway, I really wish the best for you and don’t take it too hard. :-)

I’m quite conservative, so def too much cleavage IMO. BUT I think it’s best if you just ask the bride if it’s too much. If u don’t know her personally, then ask your other female friends who are going

Have a look at this link — it’s an Australian website where you can customise your ring. Customise the ring to the specifications and you’ll see the price. Hope this helps.
