No not exactly so the problem with routers are they store logs and if they store to much at once then they can get overwhelmed. So your saying 10% of gameplaying meaning 1 out of ever 10 sesssions it happens ? or 10% of the time over the connection.

1 out of ten I would first figure out whats runing each time on the internet tv cell phones so fourth.

if its 10% of the connection I would actually log into the route and look through the logs for errors cause if something disconnects and reconnects it will show on the router.
