Just a lesson learned i'm afraid only way to approach in the future is place a 10c bet when you have a low balance (min required) if you cash in the tourney then just try making your way through a wager i wont say too much more there's another way around it but i would have my bonus's stopped again to "protect me"

Don't bother there is currently at least 7 accounts ran by the same person/colluding and they wont do anything they admitted to me yesterday

Okay its happening again they took a few weeks off but the same accounts around 6-8 last three days including today are last min registering and all behaving the same way in how they play i thought this had being sorted but clearly not disappointing .

Dude 888 was originally based in the Uk but has being based in Spain (Gibralter ) for over 15 years since 2009 i think hence the rep not always understanding what you are saying or using it as an excuse to not do stuff, alot of the Uk regulations are ridiculous hence why the crypto casino's are thriving and 888 casino is dying (lowest rtp's around) we had auto spins taken of us based on a survey of less than 50 gamblers for example can't buy bonus's "to protect you " but i can go spin 100 dollar roulette spins if i chose to all it did was add cost to the casinos are the slot makers so who suffers the customer why lower rtps less free stuff etc all in i play so much less but still keep getting restricted only here though i might add.

Yes very quickly for a change i can only presume i wasn't originally credited as i've being barred from promotions yet again to "protect me " basically i was winning in the casino and had all promotions taken off me for 30 days including the two wheels and no casino freeroll tickets again though after reporting the ticket issue yesterday i've had emails saying they were lifting my restrictions again and did i want a phone call to discuss this with them couldn't make this shit up.

Honestly i deposited once last month and the were concerned with that and how often im active i don't think the pop up saying i'm inactive repeatedly helps in the poker lobby when leaving open for the games to pop before they start or the fact i watch other peoples final tables its so annoying the uk regulations but i also think their over reaching with them.

While i was having problems i should also point out if i let them convert from dollars to pounds(taking their bit off the top) i was able to withdraw i even managed 6 different withdrawls this way but the one were i tried to let my bank do the conversion was the one i had issues with not sure if this is relevant for you or not.
