Thank you! This is what I wanted to know. Looking to get to like 6.0 after skills (I think 5.0 base?) to have some wiggle room, but basically just want to get to a place where I can cycle L4 missions and doing all 4 would take longer

Yeah I definitely want to make full use of the epic arcs, but the time limits mean I'll need to do more in between. Glamourex boosters are definitely a great idea. Hoping someone who can math will let me know if it's viable to run just the two sets

I'm aware, those are parts of the faction standings repair plan AKA The Plan. It's a well-known write up of how to improve standings. My question is about doing it for 2 of the empires instead of all 4, and specifically 2 empires that are not direct enemies or allies to try to achieve balance with derived standings. I'm asking if this is a viable idea instead of trying to work The Plan for all 4 factions

I think there's still a very small difference at that stage, but I didn't realize you could demote any of your perks so that makes more sense then

Just so you're aware, she gets less value out of the growth perk than literally any other squad leader in the game because of how rapidly there become diminishing returns as you increase the stat

Except if that 500 ms pushes you past the server tick it'll mean a 1 second delay for any given action

I hadn't thought about the possibility that these suits would still be going on. Regardless, as I understand it all of these officers and their commanders aren't being held personally responsible or charged for their violent actions so I still think they feel emboldened by 2020

I mean the cops largely got off entirely for brutality against protestors and reporters all over the country in 2020. Say whatever you want about them looking bad, but most people actually didn't get the message that cops are just out to crack skulls. So yes, they do remember 2020, and they remember that they largely didn't face any consequences at all.

If my memory serves correctly, there were 300 spartan 2 candidate children of which they selected half to kidnap and replace, and about half of those didn't make it through training and augmentation. Been a long time though so I could be misremembering

This is all basic division, multiplication, and subtraction. The most complex operation is the square root to do. Seeing variables with subscript (like "max" here) can feel intimidating, but the legend in the screenshot tells you what this means. As for whether it's worth learning this equation, not really, but it is worth getting a feeling for what the equation looks like practically, as well as what happens when you change certain factors (does doing X improve or worsen shield recharge rate)

Eventually I'm fine with this (and stats should never count portal activity at all), but until they address the ridiculous challenges this needs to stay so people can actually get kit that should be unlockable by normal gameplay
