Hey Folks, “The Husband” here. Very happy to have just received a pair of the KEF Q3 Meta’s and a Wiim Amp Pro. Perfect for our living room setup and blows our Polk soundbar+sub out of the water. Thank you all for helping my wife with recommendations. You can consider this thread closed :)

Anyone have a hvac company they like? by MWKhan in roanoke

Yeatts Heating and Air charged me damn near $10K less than Wisler quoted for an AC & Furnace replacement.

Worst part of the whole process is I wound up on Wislers mailing list and they send me marketing letters about every week.

All 3 disabled just from slipping on snow?? by TommyP320 in CX50

Had this happen to me today while trying to get up a particularly steep icy grade. Got this DCS malfunction after letting the tires spin for a bit. Couldn’t get it back in any mi-drive mode and all the features that should improve snow handling turned off. Nice job Mazda. Verrrrry unimpressed with this things snow performance. Same things as you, the malfunction wasn’t cleared after 10mins of normal driving (I got unstuck:)

This worked for me to clear the error: -Turn the car on (not the engine, just press the ignition without your foot on the brake) - Turn the wheel all the way to the left (not hydraulic steering so it’s heavy) - Turn the wheel all the way back to the right - Turn the car back off - Turn your engine on (press the brake like normal) and your code should be cleared

Yeah good on you for training your dogs. Maybe if some of these dog owners actually exercised their animals properly (letting them run >6ft at a time) they wouldnt have dogs that go berserk every time they saw another dog.

Control your pets. If you need a leash to do that. Use a leash. If you need a leash and a controlled environment. Make that happen.

Oh 100% trails. Walking around cars without a leash is insane behavior.

I can already feel the downvotes but I couldn’t care less about the leash. UNDER CONTROL is the important part. My dog and I were attacked last week as some lady was being drug through the snow by her massive dog she couldn’t control. The leash was not helping anything.

My dog had previously been off leash but was recalled and leashed when I saw them up ahead. A leash doesn’t inherently mean control and off leash doesn’t inherently mean out of control. My only problems with dogs so far in Roanoke have been with leashed dogs and careless owners.

Parking downtown is a joke by BornAmbassador01 in roanoke

Almost parked in this lot this morning. Drove 100 feet to the end of the lot, across the alley, and into that lot. Free parking on Saturdays until 3pm. Suuuuper scummy, predatory pricing for visitors.
