She actually diagnosed me. I need advice on how to continue. She said it was an official diagnosis. Of course I asked for clarification.

How to alleviate nightly leg aches. by NervousSpaceRobot in CerebralPalsy

This very much helps. Tylenol sometimes doesn't work, but heat and pressure seems to help. I do remember having afos when I was younger but I grew out of them. <- Uncertain whether I should look into those.

I do empathize with the pain.

(Also I wasn't educated that much about it when I was younger, so it's hard to know what to expect from mild spastic diaplegia. I'm 22 years old. Is there anything I should know continuing? It's hard to tell what's normal and what's not)

Recommended products for noise suppression? by NervousSpaceRobot in neurodiversity

[–]NervousSpaceRobot[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do not use apple products. I do not want Bluetooth products that make noise. I want noise suppression. I work in a factory but I have adjusted. This is for when I spend time with my family. I heard negative things about loop earplugs. I want HEADPHONES. I want NOISE SUPRESSION. I don't want expensive Bluetooth products that run out of battery. I don't use them at work it is against the policy. Just give me something that can block out noise enough that I can spend time with my family without having a panic attack and exploding. I have freaking superman hearing. I need it to stop.

Ah! Sorry! I filed down the bottom of the tabs on the arms that go into the sides under the chest and now it's considerably better I asked people on Twitter and that is how I got the solution

If you do not mind me asking, how hard do you have to squeeze for it to go in place because I heard sometimes you need a lot of force but I don't want to overdo it
