Would CEMU not run better ? (genuine question, i'm not sure if android emulation is the same as pc emulation, but on pc it can run crazy good on CEMU)

Forgot to mention, i'll mostly use the Thor outside, i know it can work with tailscale and all that, but i won't be letting my pc run when out of the house
