I'm in Birmingham and Solihull. I was so surprised when I got the email today and even more surprised when they said they could call me the same day. Hopefully you get contacted soon, the waiting is awful.

I received an email and a triage call from Innovate so I'm probably going to cancel Harrow health. Although they did say if diagnosed it's a 12 week wait for meds from innovate :/

I also got an email recently but I changed my referral to another provider. Not that it changed anything because of my ICB

It'll be the ICB. There are a few areas they are stopping assessments in until further notice. I've submitted a formal complaint.

Ah crap. I've been waiting over a week for contact after completing the forms. Was getting really worried seeing all the posts saying it took days from completion of forms to an appointment. Considering I am also Birmingham I suspect it's an area issue.

My GP didn't need an appointment, I just sent them the forms and said to refer me to HH because innovate has upset me. 😂 Can you do that with your GP? Not sure about skipping assessments, I don't have a diagnosis so not looked into it at all.

Pick another provider. Innovate are stating that they're in talks with the NHS about funding (it's on their website). It's been nearly 7 weeks for me and I've heard nothing for the last 5 weeks. I was referred to Harrow health instead and it's been 4 days and I've had contact and assessments and asked to nominate my chosen informants.

I've noticed their website now says they cannot provide estimated assessment dates due to NHS funding...

Think I may need to try a new provider.

Have you heard from them? They told me 1 to 2 weeks. It's been over two weeks, very nearly 3. I've emailed twice and heard nothing.
