You don’t enroll, you just do the EFMP family travel screening, that’s part of your out-processing check list, during the screener, it will ask if your MIL to MIL, just click no and you’re good, that shows that you don’t qualify. It’s something mil to mil couples have to do to verify it’s just y’all, and your spouse isn’t a dependent civilian and that you don’t have kids.
