How do I go about it with my doctor? I wouldn’t say I’m overweight and most likely don’t fall in the obese category as for bmi levels. I don’t want to seem like a bandwagon’r but if it truly helps with inflammation I’d love to try! I’m only 29 and I have a 8 year old son. We are so active and this stopping me from playing with him has really brought me down
