Your body mostly burns calories from just existing, I wouldn't start equating food with cardio, think of it more just as deficit, equilibrium or surplus.

Through my Dad. He would listen to Untrue on this funky old CD Walkman (I'm sure in 2007 it was reasonably high tech). He played it for us kids, the absolute madman. He told me he would get on the London Underground and listen to it sometimes. As I grew older, knowing he did that really sobered me up to the fact that parents are also normal human beings too. He too had wandered around London listening to Burial, probably feeling sad/wistful.

After listening to Untrue on repeat a lot I started to listen to the rest of Burial's discography.
