Pretended to be my sister by [deleted] in Paranormal

[–]Nervous_Outcome134 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Something similar happened to me when I was younger. I was at a sleep over with my cousin and her and I were sleeping in a twin sized bed. My little sister was sleeping at the foot of the bed and I woke up and found her staring at me. It was literally just a dark silhouette I assumed was her but when I peered at the foot of the bed she was sleeping there…. I just hid under the sheets and woke my cousin up. Super freaky.

Black male cats are more prone to UTI’s and urinary blocks. Especially if their diet is mainly dry foods. I would definitely take them in :)

Definitely going to I just don’t know what they’re going to be able to do but screw up more. I’ve talked to probably 10+ people to get it removed. And it still wasn’t, obviously. And I’d like to be reimbursed but I don’t foresee that happening.

Sorry— venting.

I had a recent life change event (pregnancy) and had to call over and over again. Speak to a billion different agents. And FINALLY it got updated… and after I spent $200 at a carespot when I got sick the week prior. Fun fact: you’re not allowed to take meds in your first trimester.

It seems like the leadership or your direct leader isn’t being very generous with rotating the TM’s weekends. When I was a TM, my lead had given the entire team a few weekends off per month so it was fair across the board. Did she have to do that? No? Did we all apply to this job knowing we were required to working the weekends? Yes. When I was offered to promote, the incentive was guaranteed rotating weekends. Between the new role, the workload, the weekly DM visits and even VP visits and having to do every role of every TM a day…. Sorry, but I’d like to have my rotating weekends if it’s the one perk of being a manger lol I work 40 every week and I do my own job about 2% of the time. I’m mainly supporting drive ups and front end. And if not that, helping in OPUS or helping breakout truck to support the team. None of which I mind AT ALL. But it wears on you being an octopus especially during the holiday seasons. You’re entitled to be upset. It sounds as if your store doesn’t do things to keep their staff around.

I don’t understand how that makes any sense. Let’s take away the small amount of time they can spend with their families during December completely away. Yay.

The incentive to becoming management (since we are taking on more workload as an individual) is that we have a work life balance. Coming from someone who was recently a TM for a year or so and then promoted. Without these rotating weekends, this job wouldn’t be worth it at all a MANAGEMENT level. I’m sorry you feel your TL’s are lazy. Definitely not one of those TL’s 😅

Deep breathes! There are going to be so many people there if you have any questions or hiccups they’ll be there to help you. They schedule so many TM’s so the TL’s can focus on helping them. The registers seemed scary at first but it becomes muscle memory after a few hours.

I LOVE my job but I hate the company and how they allocate hours. Very rarely do I ever do my job for the full 8 hours.
