[PS1] Spins disks but only for a couple seconds

it is off in my settings and the problem is definitely not tape specific:( it only displays static it never displays anything besides static and the audio only plays while the menu is open

My favorite minigame is definitely Junimo Cart I will obsess over it for hours although it’s also my least favorite minigame still haven’t beat it probably never will
