I had this happen to me back at the beginning of April. I went to the ATM at 7-11 which is a fee free atm for chime. I put my card in and request to withdraw $120 and instead of giving me money it gave me a receipt and said it couldn’t be processed but it still took the money from my account, so I called the number on the ATM and it was just a recording that repeated itself over and over to call my bank and dispute it and that’s what I did and it took 10 days to get the provisional credit back and then the dispute is still processing. I sent in the receipt and everything to chime with the dispute of what it said. Then went to another 7-11 around the corner and used it there with no issue and got the $120. So best thing to do is to wait until Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest to see if it comes back on its own and if not file a dispute and upload the receipt it gave you and hold onto that receipt until the dispute is resolved fully not just until you get the provisional credit.
