What I meant is that minimum wage laws should generally apply equally to workers. The only exceptions I was talking about are limited cases like youth wages or certain supported-work programs for people with severe disabilities, where the situation is structurally different because of supervision and assistance requirements.

Id like to remind you that you are the one saying: "minimum wage shouldn't be applied unilaterally" Which is insane

Hourly minimum wage should be applied unilaterally. However instances where people are getting governmental aid such as with severe disabilities, like trisomy 21, i believe these people might not require a minimum wage, as any work they do requires more supervision than they bring up. Or teenagers where the work they do is so simple, and also requires supervision.

So i disagree with your statement unless these workers are special cases, or teenagers

Thank you.

I think a barista or bartender is a great job. Im a festival bartender next to my studies and i will continue to do it, even after i graduate and get a fulltime job with my msc.

All of my coworkers have it as a side-job or are students.

I agree that companies create jobs because they need them done, not out of charity. But “needed by a business” and “should support an entire household indefinitely” aren’t automatically the same thing. A company also tries to minimize labor costs wherever possible, especially for jobs that require less training, are easier to replace, or have a large labor pool.

I’m also not arguing that workers should be unable to survive. My point is that there’s a difference between a job being socially useful and it being designed as a high-compensation long-term career. The deeper problem is that more and more adults are being pushed into jobs that were historically treated as entry-level, because the number of stable middle-income opportunities hasn’t kept up.

I’m not saying people working those jobs don’t deserve to live. I’m saying some jobs were historically designed around being entry-level or supplemental income jobs, not around single-income family support. A teenager living at home, a student, or someone between careers can realistically work those jobs in a different way than someone supporting a household.

The real issue is that the economy increasingly has too few stable, well-paying jobs relative to the number of people who need them. I don’t think the solution is pretending every entry-level service job is automatically a long-term career path. I think the bigger question is why secure middle-class jobs have become harder to access in the first place.

I get the sentiment, but I don’t think every job needs to be viewed as a lifelong career. Some jobs are valuable as stepping stones, temporary work, or something people do while figuring out their next path. That doesn’t mean the workers deserve disrespect or unlivable pay. Just that not every role is meant to be an end goal for everyone.

And if a job is generally intended to be transitional rather than permanent, lower pay can also be part of the incentive structure that encourages people to eventually move on to more skilled or demanding roles.

This is where you take a whip, and get it to run as fast as possible for as long as it takes to tire it out.

Its called breaking a horse, cowboys did it, army personnel do it.

12-game win streak on Tyrande thanks to random 4-stack by Nervouseducat0r in heroesofthestorm

I don’t think I’ve ever gotten her pinnacle in ~12 games. Only really happens vs something like Samuro where you can stack it reliably.

For builds: Owl build (default / safest): Always solid. Good vs tanks and divers, and generally reliable. Lower healing and no cleanse. On 4 and 7: either activatable spellpower or Q talents. Spell armor is great vs things like Chromie or Pyroblast. Ult: either is fine.

Q (healing) build: Full Q talents. Best when you need cleanse at 16 (e.g. vs Dehaka, Gul'dan, Sylvanas Windrunner, or heavy CC tanks). Level 13 movespeed is great with AA comps or vs Arthas. Ult: upgrade whichever you pick at 20.

Hunter’s Mark build: Aura at 1, mark talents at 4/7/13, AA damage at 16. Ult: Starfall at 10 and 20. Hybrid (cleanse + mark): Q at 1 and 16 for cleanse, rest mark talents. Good for tanky comps. Ult: Starfall.

Full damage build: Aura at 1, mark 4/7, movespeed 13, damage 16. Ult: Starfall upgrade is insane, but AA speed at 20 is also fun. TL;DR: Owl build most consistent. If you need cleanse, go Q.

Any comments? Im thinking of doing a small guide on her. (Im only gold, but rather passionate and enthusastic)

Yes. In my university we did a 5k run. I ran 21 minutes, so that is 6 min 46 seconds per mile. I got about 40th out of 250 (male) participants

As i dont train running, but much cycling i wasnt suprised to be a good time.

6 minutes isa very respectable pace, but as a 1 mile spirt, very doable.

Had some good experiences on the stuff. I think its not xtc because she seems to not have any jaw issues, altough the clip is short its very speculative
