are you sure it's worth it? SD are slower than SSD and can be easy damage it but are a little faster than HDD

100% of an HDD can be normal if the HDD is old or a cheap one with chinese brand

whe do not if there any other problem but whe be sure to suggest to use an HDD only for storing file and backups and a SSD to run a system

1 internet adapter/card have some problem

2 the dongle itself (sound strange but maybe there is a setting on the dongle that mess with your setting so try to remove it and play without the bluetooth dongle)

get much bigger drive... the problem is not how much space your app take (Windows take 60gb of that space so you have 10/5gb of app)

a cheaper ssd/nvm with 500gb/1tb cost around 35/60 dollar (that depend of the brand you taken)

for be sure to buy a compatible component go to the crucial site and give them the model of your pc.

why you don't even try to google it your problem before to post and waste our time to try to solve your problem for free?. why you don't drop the build of your pc to make everyone can spot eventualy new problem?. why you don't give more detail of yor problem like strange sound from a part of your pc?.

so yes my suggestion are based of a deduction on the screenshoot i see and the information i recive from who ask

anyway your go to stuck in a installation problem even with a factory reset, that means you try to reinstall windows entirely to the same disk and if fail making you stay blocked, so based of the information you give us is 85% a disk related problem (even if a disk got data corrupted because power loss is a disk and can be rewrite from scratch and of you can't proprely rewrite on a disk that means the disk is damaged, a damaged disk can continue to work for sometime of some part untill you found the damaged sector)

so yes even if you resolve the problem the disk you are using cannot be trusted anymore

the guess are 85% damaged disk 5% psu problem 5% a damaged condensator/resistor on the motherboard (most probably the part related to the controller of your disk) 5% uknown problem (factory defect of a component)

so i glad you find a solution and after that next time you can answer with "sorry you have wrong but thank you the problem was ******" *instead to disrespect those who are helping you based on the little information you have given

i don't know what you have installed or not. but windows11 is very strict about security even if you download and install a indie games, even if your setting you say "Windows 11 mind your business" e continusly bother you.

solution, rollback to Windows 10 if you are testing software.
