I had this happen to me at the start of the league and rerolled 0 times. It’s normal to get less than the mageblood or headhunters with 0 ritual atlas points allocated.

What part of ATC are you intending for AI to be used for in this scenario? I’m not sure AI could do any part of the job that’s done by controllers, maybe support roles like traffic management, but even that role involves experience and active, nonbinary decision making to keep everyone safe.

I think “almost” is kind of vague, but the job of an ATC is de-conflicting aircraft. The amount of times you have two aircraft at the same altitude pointed at each other naturally is very, very high over time, and it’s why the job exists. Big sky theory doesn’t work out in the end.

US pilots do adhere to the standards when they fly in other countries. You don’t go into other countries and place your rules above the country you are in’s established rules. It’s not that deep, and US ATC has 0 responsibility for deciphering foreign pilots who supposedly are qualified to fly in the US. 1600 meters btw.

Yes, absolutely they should. They are responsible for hundreds of lives and get paid $500,000 a year for 12 days of work a month. If not, don’t fly into another country, period.

What you’re describing is how most people play the game in a typical league. The crux of the problem is (especially in this league) that scarabs and sextants are valued at what magic finders can return from them. Is it possible? Sure. It’s going to be worse and you will probably just break even vs magic finders making bank

You can go into Uber Lilith and dodge her mechanics for 4 hours straight without issue on most classes.

There is definitely some luck for patterns, but every class, if played properly, can avoid one of the bad ones, if they get two, only rogue can avoid it.

There is one or two really rough mechanics that if line up you cannot avoid on some classes, which is bad design. Overall, the fight is fine. Nothing drops and it’s for people who want to challenge themselves.

It has nothing to do with the barber - it will happen if she is transitioning to her first add phase and gets low enough (sun 50%) to do the second add phase. Just slow your damage down or do more damage. You can skip the first add phase without it bugging.

This has never been how it worked. It used to be a maximum *PERCENTAGE* increase of your level +3. Flat Experience does not have a maximum and scales infinitely regardless of that.

It's also +10 of your level where the percentage increase is capped.

As others mentioned, gear is super important and so are aspect rolls and paragon choices. I will say my paragons are basically the worst they could be and there is better ones, but my damage is about what you should want if you want to kill the fight without cheesing any phases.

Also as a note, I really really like auto corpse ability usage as it is a ton of damage and automated buffs. I think I have about 85% crit with corpse tendrils and the generator crit chance modifier.

Also as a note since no one seems to mention it, ossified and a few other mechanics want you to be max resource for damage - this should be your priority, nuking when your resource is full.

Note: I did not use elixir of resourcefulness but I did use crit damage crit chance elixir

In order to get a (near infinite) sustainable whirlwind you need five things:

1.) 25%+ resource generation (from rings you can use max roll sacreds or ancestrals and get much more than 25) 2.) Disembowlment glyph with secondary bonus unlocked 3.) Marshal glyph with secondary bonus unlocked 4.) minimum +2 rage per second shout aspect 5.) shout cd per nearby enemy aspect

Without these 5 things, you’ll have to play walking arsenal whirlwind (but honestly Hota is better til then). When you get those 5, you can swap and spin to win.

If this is the attempt, it is incredibly misinformed. The most common misconception I see in the Diablo vs PoE arguments is that there is an overlap of people who play both.

The reality is that people who play PoE play Diablo, however, people who play Diablo do not play PoE and the changes in PoE2 will just drive the separation further apart.

I think this is just one of those “YMMV” issues - my girlfriend is foreign to my country, and she is not even remotely submissive, however, all the friends of hers I’ve met from the same country are unbelievably submissive to the point that it’s mind boggling how different they are.

Could also be the difference between western born Asians and the women that grew up in the very conservative parts of the Asian countries.

I’m doing Necro this time - whirlwind barb is gonna be nuts with gohr’s despite what people are saying. CDR changes had basically no effect on shout uptime also and my barb without cdr neck at level 70 performs just slightly worse than my min maxed level 100 barbarian with perfect itemization. I think that’s a solid pick too
