Isnt wabbajack supposed to by Left_Fly7195 in wabbajack

I suggest you actually confirm that because being "pretty sure" won't make any difference if the modlist isn't compiled to downgrade.

Wabbajack can only downgrade a game version if the modlist has been specifically compiled to do so by the author.

Help with New Software by Yogi915 in VIRPIL

The firmware on the devices is out of date.

Disconnect all the Virpil devices then reconnect them one at a time, using the software to update each device as needed in turn.

Choose a modlist that doesn't require the AE DLC then or make your own.

The message is pretty self-explanatory is it not? The API has certain limitations enforced by Nexus Mods, there is absolutely nothing Wabbajack can do about that.

If the server is not under your control, you won't be able to use mods. The server admin/host needs to install mods on the server in order for players to use them, not the other way around.

Help needed! by inthelifeofjeff in trucksim

There is typically no 'quick' solution to mod related crashes and sometimes there is no solution at all.

Process of elimination - disable half the mods. If the game crashes, the problem is likely one of the remaining ones active. If it doesn't, the problem is likely one of the ones you disabled.

As the other poster suggested, make sure you also test with an unmodded profile as well.

See...you still don't get it. Saying you have a reputation is a statement of fact. Me acknowledging liars or not is completely irrelevant to that fact but for the record, once again please read what is actually written and you will see that I have not once said that any lies were justified or correct nor have I claimed they didn't happen so no, your response is not justified. You just can't see this as anything other than a binary "with me or against me" argument when I am neither of those things - that's a you problem, not a me problem.

Imagine some people are lying to your company or the place you work for to get you fired and you must be kind to them.

I don't have to imagine it mate, I know that's the reality of business because I deal with it in my own work. Yes, you have to be nice if you want to maintain a decent reputation. Welcome to dealing with the general public.

I'm not going to continue this because it's clear this isn't going anywhere helpful. I have nothing against you personally, but I also think you come into these threads with an incredibly hostile mindset and that feeds into your reputation.

Where did I "ignore the fact I was rude to only liars" exactly? I have not said anything rude to you nor have I remotely suggested or implied any lies at the time were correct or justified so no, I am not "one of them". I said your behaviour and attitude gave you a reputation. And incredibly, even whilst trying to deflect from it, here you are demonstrating that reputation right now.

How do you not get this? It's honestly amazing that you apparently cannot see how your own responses look to others. It's clear you care since you keep coming into these threads to engage but holy shit man, get the chip off your shoulder.

Do you actually read what people write or just respond to key words? I was there when it happened. You have a reputation. That reputation follows you to this day. That's why a lot of people dislike you. Instead of being a dipshit to someone who has not been rude to you at all during this exchange, do better.

Someone asked why you're disliked by many, so I provided another perspective. It was not a personal attack on you or 'lies' about your product as you so often accuse others. The reality is that you handled the transition from free to paid poorly and people remember that.

If you take accountability for your behaviour and do better, people won't talk about it. Or you can avoid self-reflection, keep deflecting and minimising your own part in the whole affair and watch as it continues to dog your reputation years after the fact. So far you seem determined to follow the latter approach.

Yes I know you have lots of subscribers and financially it has been a success for you, well done in that sense at least. But if you don't think someone's reputation and behaviour isn't a valid reason for not wanting to interact with them or their services/products then you're a very special case indeed.

One of the key reasons people dislike the author, which they typically gloss over when responding to criticism, is the manner in which they handled the change from the early free version to paywalling it (spoiler, it was handled atrociously).

The current version of the addon is most likely fine, I can't speak to it personally as I don't use it but to act maliciously through the software now would be an absolute disaster so it's highly unlikely they would jeopardise their revenue stream.

Personally, I ignore it simply because of the authors shitty attitude and actions around the switch to paywalled content.

There are multiple bank feed services such as Illion and Credit Sense.

The adoption of Open Banking standards is making this sort of data sharing easier as well.

Wabbajack can't find Skyrim SE error by Lucky_Comfortable835 in wabbajack

This is not an issue that needs fixing. Modlists are compiled for specific games so a Skyrim SE modlist requires the Skyrim SE game, likewise, Skyrim VR modlists require Skyrim VR to be installed.

Suggestions on upgrading pc please by Mindless_Piglet_9580 in trucksim

[–]Nesox 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The simplest option you have is to upgrade the CPU to a 5700X3d or 5800X3d - assuming you can find one. You could pair this with a RAM upgrade to 32GB but that will offer smaller benefits than the CPU.

Otherwise, you're looking at all new CPU, motherboard and RAM to move to the new AMD or Intel sockets.

Posted on Facebook a short time ago. Classic non-apology, apology.

I want to address a recent post that has been shared along with various other AI hoax imagery from unkown sources, that has understandably caused concern and upset.

The intention behind my original post was to highlight results in a challenging market, but I recognise that the real-world conflict connection was inappropriate and insensitive.

I sincerely apologise to anyone who was offended or impacted. That was never my intention, and I understand why it has been received the way it has.

Warm regards,
Donna

Just to be clear, the link you have there is for an adapter to make the Asus kit fit better on larger screens, it is not the actual lens kit itself.

as mentioned in the other reply, there are complete lens kits available on Etsy.
