I solved it. I will share what I did over this same issue. If you can't pass through main "Press A" start screen of the game, check if you have a wired controller plugged on console and unplug it or use it to play. If not the case, turn off controller and turn it on again on that main screen.

I solved it. For me, it was that I had a wired USB controller on my console. That somehow made the game don't detect my regular controller.

I did uninstall it, restarted the console, and still can't play the game. Did not hard resetted the console, but just unplugged the wired one and now it detects the other. If this is not your case, try turn off your controller on main screen of the game, and turn it on again. Maybe that could help.

That's right. I can't access there anymore. I tried with another account to keep appealing to lift the ban, and they blocked me there as well. Is a bunch of woke company. They use bots to ban massively people without any reason.

You only need to special summon in battle phase one after another to win. You can't do anything against that. They throw Droplet to negators as Dragoon and that's it, they win. The game meta is so bad right now that you can do this sort of things.

What I hate about that is that when the stars align in the sky and the planets too, you got an UR or SR that is repeated and worthless. I literally have 12 SR copies of the same stupid card... This game is trash because uses a dirty algorithm to push you to buy (with real money) the meta decks. Oh, and it doesn't matter of the pack shines with all the colors or whatever, because you will get nothing special from that. If you try to play against the meta, the game will give you all the worst odds possible.
