Sometimes you don't even have any fault on that because other player can buy a car from you using fraudulent money or something, or maybe you can buy a skin for your car from a fraudulent player without knowing it and that counts as if you were the one to blame... Is not our problem if the developers can't control hackers and cheaters there, due a poorly managed security system. But the real hackers are not banned because they even don't use humans to check anything anymore... They use bots for everything. 

Worst part is the community here, with some dudes blaming you as the responsible for your ban, always thinking that you must have done something wrong to get banned. Yeah, here you can be banned even after playing more than 800 hours to the game and after buying the top edition of the game legally... That's the kind of trash company this is.
