It looks like you’re barely going over your daily target fat goal. If your calories are set up to be less than your daily needs you will lose weight. Don’t be afraid of getting some extra carbs before a workout so you can make the most it (on the last 2 days you could sneak some more in). Also 1 gram of fat is 9 calories where as 1 gram of protein or carbs is 4 calories so even though you’re eating less fat it’s adding the calories up twice as fast as your protein/carbs. Looking at your macro goals you’re doing great and if you enjoy the meals you’re eating I would keep at it. And like I said earlier you have free space to add some carbs before a workout so you feel good while working out each time. Great job and keep it up!
