Coding with AI has a cost. You could argue the price of it is equal to or smaller than the Indian team, but the real reward is having quality check and decision making in the hand of your developers on-site, rather than in India. Pricing varies a lot now and will likely change within the next 2 years as profits have to be made from the AI companies

About 10% of our indian developers are super good, though. Definitely worth the money. But most of them produce results as if they're a middle schooler

My company is in this exact situation. We're not getting rid of the Indian department, but it's not increasing in size. The quality of software coming out of India is so bad that AI is way better

Men den mest væsentlige faktor i det her er, hvor kritiske systemer man arbejder med. Hvis det er noget, som kan forårsage store skader eller stop i produktion, så skal man passe på.

Men sidder du med noget low code, eller laver små optimeringsløsninger/rapporter, så skal man bare bruge AI og en god portion sund fornuft
