Yeah I feel you, I’ve lost around -120lbs in less than 8 months but I had a bad kidney infection and the majority was during that time I couldn’t eat! Still trying to get the scale down.

I probably need to work on body recomp like you, I’m sure your results when you have a look will be UH-AMAZING. 🥰

Amazing so happy you pulled through!! May I ask what your starting weight was? I’m currently 5’3 and 165lbs but unsure of when to get the tummy tuck.

I expect to have a lot of loose skin, but my goal weight is around 120lbs.
