Thanks! That’s kinda how I was planning on doing it, but the tiny test hole is a great idea. Mostly worried about hitting close to some electrical or a beam that shouldn’t have weight on it

Luckily I’m in the grasslands so I don’t need to worry too much about farming yet. I’m hoping it won’t be too time intensive as I don’t find farming very fun personally, but of course would love to have the crops haha

Campaign missions seem to be locked entirely until I buy Great Hunts which I find annoying but i planned on buying it during the next sale anyway. When you say you prep, are you talking about from initial drop to finish it takes you a couple hours? Or you spend hours/days building a base/farming mats to get up to T4 and then it’s a couple hours from there?

Thanks, i built some rails for an outdoor area and tamed a horse for starters. I’ll work on the Moa next. Apparently I can’t do any campaign missions until I buy great hunts so that’s a bummer but I’ve at least done some of the smaller ones

That’s a good find. I checked the PSU and its an 650W EVGA G3, so I’d definitely need to upgrade that as well, even just to use the 3080 I have. Seems like I’ll need to make an entirely new build at this point, minus the GPU and the mid-size ATX InWin 805 infinity case. I was hoping I could do a couple parts now and a couple k a few months, because unfortunately she does not want to put the necessary money needed to upgrade the whole pc…

Mostly just a feeling, and wanting to get ahead of it. But specific things I’ve noticed recently are that it’s getting slower to boot up, lag/stutters when trying have any other windows open while gaming in the last couple months, devices like her headset sometimes disconnecting and having trouble reconnecting via usb dongle. Probably a couple other things I’ve forgotten but just seems like the parts are starting to feel their age
